Victorian Rose provided me with the wedding dress of my dreams. I actually couldn't afford this dress, but they allowed me to buy the dress off the rack for a discount. It fit almost perfectly and once it was cleaned and pressed, it looked stunning. I cried when the store gave me the opportunity to get this dress. Thank you to them! The two things that I had concerns about are 1) I was surprised that the women who work in there do not help you get into the dresses. I actually had better help with dresses at David's Bridal. 2) the day before I picked up the dress, I got a call that I had to pay for the dry cleaning. This caught me off guard, because I had been led to believe that the price I paid included the dry cleaning. It's possible it was an honest mistake by the women who sold me the dress - but it made me uncomfortable. I totally recommend Victorian Rose Bridal - they have absolutely beautiful dresses and they aren't snobby. The seamstress who does the alterations is fantastic.

The atmosphere and friendliness of Victorian rose Bridals is exactly what you need when you are looking for a wedding dress. They tended to what I was looking for and I had the full attention of the consultant. She also did an amazing job altering my dress and hopefully cleaning

I got my wedding dress at Victorian Rose Bridals as well as my bridesmaids dresses. I got very personalized service the first time I was trying on dresses there. After that initial visit I found my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Bridal Mart in Burlington, NC, which doesn't have nearly the same atmosphere and service as Victorian Rose (but more reasonable prices). I ended up getting the best of both worlds because Victorian Rose price matched the competitor's price. They also did my alterations which were pricey, but ended up being perfect.

Fantastic! Gave me 3 fittings because I kept dropping weight. Exceptional service and made me feel special all 5 times (that's before I even bought the dress) that I came through their doors. Great location too! I highly recommend.

I got my wedding dress here and it was absolutely beautiful. The service here is also amazing. They are wonderful and attentive. They help you with everything and you get one on one service. The woman they have for alterations is also amazing and very talented. I didn't have to worry about a thing with them.

They were so great in helping me through the days of trying on my dress and deciding on the dress. Very understanding and flexible when I brought my sister in laws, mother and mother in law and their children to help decide on the dress. They did a great job with the alterations as well.

Victorian Rose Bridal is such a cute store; I love the decor inside and the friendliness of the staff. I purchased my dress about 9 months before my wedding, but we still ran into issues getting it in time for my protrait. Victorian Rose may not have followed up on the dress as they should have, but they went above and beyond after the fact to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. The dress did arrive in time, and they were very quick on the alterations. Their alterations are expensive, but they do a wonderful job. They offer a wide range of dresses in both style and price; so many beautiful options! Most of the staff knew me by name by the time of my wedding...little details like that go a long way! I would definitely recommend Victorian Rose for your wedding gown. Go there first and you may not need to go anywhere else!

My daughter had looked almost everywhere and didn't find The Dress until we went to A Victorian Rose. The staff was attentive and professional from the beginning. We paid for their package for unlimited alterations to make sure we were covered during the months leading up to the wedding. They never wavered in providing all alterations in a timely (and sometimes last minute) manner..very important since my daughter lives in AZ and only was in town a few times. The dress was perfectly beautiful for both the portrait and the wedding. Our whole dress experience was great. I'd do it all again!
