Outstanding Customer Service. "Thank you for the timely and outstanding plumbing work completed on Monday at my residence, and the equally successful hot water heater replacement today. Mr. Pearce and Billy were absolutely first rate in every regard. Please accept my strongest commendations. Excellent service from Bolton. Last year, installed a fridge from Sears who told me my icemaker line was not up to snuff. Called a different plumber company (NOT Bolton) who talked me into using it anyway insisting that it was the most common type and I would not have a problem with it. Well, 10 months later, I did & now my kitchen floor is damaged.

I called Bolton (after having worked with them well before on A/C & Heating work)... and their plumber installed a new icemaker line that is solid. The cutoff is moved behind my fridge and is not the 49-cent variety located in my crawlspace before. They immediately recognized and asked if I really wanted my icemaker fed from a hot water line - that was corrected as well. (Yes, I've heard hot water freezes faster but it's nasty coming out of a water heater)

It's rare when a plumbing contractor shows up promptly and does a solid job for you. Bolton did.
