Suspicious Hair In My Food!!. So I decided to have The Square Rabbit cater my small party for me recently. After all of my friends had started digging into their food, one of my friends pulled me to the side and showed me a piece of hair that she found. To our surprise it was what looked like "body hair" in her food. I was outraged. I instantly called The Square Rabbit to speak with the owner, not only was he unapologetic, but he said i couldn't prove that the hair came from his business!! He was a total jerk and couldn't have cared less about customer service. Never again will me or my friends give him any of our business.

Rude Staff. I work downtown and my collegues and I are regulars. Every time we walk thru the door, the staff scatters. My co worker ordered soup and asked for crackers and the lady replied "no, a roll comes with that!" Who says that?!

The deserts are tasty, but entrees can sometimes be bland.

There are some items that are beyond over priced!

Cakes are way too dry -avoid. We ordered two large cakes from Square Rabbit for a wedding. Several guests told us the cake was dry even before I tasted it - I then tasted it and agreed, and was so embarrassed. We told the caterer and our money was never refunded. We are just kicking ourselves for going with Square Rabbit.

Don't go with them please - unless you love dry cake. We tried samples in advance that were not dry, but when it comes to making a big cake, they clearly don't know what they are doing and they dry it out.

Excellent food and great service--THANK YOU!. Square Rabbit catered our wedding this spring and it was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone went back for seconds and the cake was so good that we had almost none left! In fact, my office now orders only Square Rabbit cakes because everyone loved our wedding cake. We had estimates from many very overpriced caterers and we are thankful we worked with Square Rabbit (so is our bank account!).

Owner very rude, cakes were too dry!. Owner was very rude, and the cakes they said that people rave about were in reality really very dry and totally disappointing. I would not use them again, definitely not.
