Best Mexican Food. My husband and I go here very frequently because we can eat there for less than $30 - that includes a drink. The service is stellar and the food is awesome! I can recommend the fried cream burritos and the chipolte burritos (just spicy enough to cause a sweat without buring the taste buds).

Their sandwich shop on Capitol is equally stellar!! Visit them both :)…

Best Mexican food and service in Wake Forest. If you're a mexican food lover, you'll love this place. The food is excellent, the service is excellent and it's always very clean. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and they always make you feel welcome. They also have a little room in the back if you're having a party and would kinda like some space to yourself. The only drawback is that they're located downstairs (it's sort of like a basement), which is actually cozy and the kids think it's cool, but be careful if you have an elderly person in your party because the steps are steep. In this case, you would want to go in the back door which only has about 2 steps. Overall, it's the best Mexican restaurant in the Wake Forest area!! Oh, and I forgot to mention that they have live music occasionally. Actually, Jason Michael Carol used to work there and he would sing during his breaks and at other times on his nights off. Best Mexican Restaurant in Wake Forest!. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and has been for more than 10 years! The servers are always nice, polite, and friendly. The food is usually ready quickly, and if you like mexican food, this is the place to go. I have never ordered anything I didn't like there either. The food is a great quality, and especially so for the price you pay. My kids like going there too, they are always treated well, and love visiting with the fish in the aquarium. They lived off of the guacamole as babies - its quite mild and tasty! The atmosphere is especially warm and inviting.
