Great service

I called them to have a lock re-keyed. They set up a time the next day, called to confirm that they were on their way, and arrived when they said they would. Kenny re-keyed the lock, and even made a few adjustments so it wouldn't stick. I asked him to re-key another lock while he was there, and he was happy to take care of that one too. Very professional and friendly.

My only advice, though, is to skip the frustrating, pointless call to Service Master, but rather call this locksmith directly.

Fantastic Service

Called in the morning and had a same day appointment for rekeying my locks. Rekeyed 3 locks, including my 2 sliding glass doors, within half an hour. All at a fantastic price.
