Caring and Compassionate. We have boarded our dog Maddie(14 yrs old)at Cobble HIll for the last year and a half and she absolutely loved going there. When we added a new puppy to the family, they were there to welcome Sailor also and care for her. Because Maddie our older dog does not like fireworks, we decided to board her over the New Year. We recieved a phone call that Maddie was sick and they felt Maddie would be happier if she was able to spend time with us. They wanted to give her a bath and have some time with her also before we picked her up. When we arrived to pick Maddie up, Brianne carried her to the car and told her goodbye. They showed such love and compassion for an old friend they knew would not be returning. Maddie died later that night and when we called Cobble HIll, they also grieved with us.

We will continue to board our Sailor there becasue of the love and care given to Maddie in her last days. The staff is caring and always have stories to tell us about our babies.

World Class Facility with Amazing Service. I have a Great Dane that looks forward going to Bed and Biscuit. They have rooms to fit all animals and all sizes. Dozer is 185 lbs and they have a VIP suite which takes care of the dog in every manner. The staff is wonderful to work with and they are great handling last minute accommodations (which I tend to do a lot with my work schedule). I recommend all of my colleagues and friends to take their pets and there and they all agree!

Awesome place to board and have your pets groomed!. Ive never been in a more friendly and clean atmosphere! This by far is a 5 star paw vacation. I highly recomend this place for any of your pets needs whether it be daycare, boarding, or even grooming! I dont know why anyone would want to post anything bad about this place. I love cobble Hill and will continue doing business with them..

Lack of trust. We have used the services at Cobble Hill before and were fairly satified. Recently, when we took our beloved dog (during August) I walked back to the Deluxe Air-conditiong Suite to get him situated. The Suite was hot. There was no air coming from the floor vent. I told the employee - she checked the thermastat and stated someone had raised the temperature. She adjusted the thermastat and it began working properly. I left Cobble Hill feeling they were not cooling the Suites appropriately to ensure that pets don't suffer heat exhaustion. I was worried sick about our dog so I called back in about an hour to cancel his stay and have him picked up. A different employee told me it was warm initially in the Suite due to the door being opened for the previous dog to go outside. This was clearly not true.

Our dog was picked up and we paid the cancellation fee.

Conclusion: We do not trust Cobble Hill to take care of our dog and will not be using them again. I have since found out that a young 4-year old dog died while staying at Cobble Hill and, in her review, the pet's owner suggested death was related to heat exhaustion.

5 PAW PET RESORT!. I've boarded my dog at Cobble Hill quite a few times in the past couple years, and they have never ceased to amaze me. The cleanliness of the facility, the extremely friendly and helpful staff, and how my dog is excited to be taken back for his visit. My dog has stayed in both a suite and a regular run, both are very accommodating to a dog. Cobble Hill is no ordinary boarding facility, it is an extraordinary pet lodge. My animal was WELL taken care of and definitely enjoyed his stay. 5 paw rating and DEFINITELY recommended to ANYONE with animals.

Look no further, BEST place to board your pets!. Amazing!! This is the best kennel I have ever boarded at; and I have lived all over the United States and boarded at 15+ kennels in the past 5 years. I dropped by Cobble Hill after researching online where to bring my 3 dogs for my 9 day Christmas vacation. I asked if I could take a tour of the facility and the woman at the front desk flashed me a HUGE smile and proudly said "Of course!". She definitely had something to be proud about. Cobble Hill is the cleanest and friendliest pet boarding facility I have ever been in! Every turn we took, every door we opened I was greeted by a fresh smell of "clean". It didn't take me more than a minute to decide that this would be "The Place" for my babies to stay. When I picked them up I was so happy with their condition. All three were happy, clean, and 2 of them tried to follow the staff back into the kennel after I had their leashes in my hand. The other one gave one of the girls a quick kiss goodbye before following me out the door. That's all the reassurance I needed to book my next reservation at Cobble Hill Bed and Biscuit. My dogs get what they like and they love the staff here. The accomodations that the staff made to my dogs were impressive. I requested several special things for my dogs and they were more than willing to meet my (dogs) needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Cobble Hill for their exceptional customer service and superb pet care! I will be back many, many times!!!

Horrible Customer Service and Treatment of your pets!. Upon pick-up of my 7 month old Chesapeake Puppy after an 11 day stay I was informed that it "tore up" two suites including the indestructible suite and was placed in the regular area for 9 out of 11 days of its stay. They tried to charge me $65.00 for it chewing on some PVC pipe they left in the 'suite' and bedding material they put in the kennel with it. I informed the office manager that I did not think I should pay the damage fee and she proceeded to threaten me with a law suite. I was literally in shock at this point and requested to speak to the owner. My request was denied. I paid my bill of over $400.00 minus the $65.00 - or so I thought.

When I got home I saw that not only did she charge me the $65.00 fee but she also charged me for 11 days of $40.00 'suite' fees instead of 2 days 'suite' and 9 days regular boarding charges where she stayed of $24.00. When I called back to inform her of this deception she told me that she was not going to refund my credit card. She called back later and said she talked to the owner and they wanted to refund me both the charges for the 'damage' fee and the incorrect boarding charges. They have not refunded the charge for the extra $65.00 fee yet

Read the other review of the deplorable and horrible way they acted after the other client's dog died while in their care and you will start to understand what these people are really capable of doing to your trust and pets. They threatened to take me to court, and told me they could sell my dog if I did not pay the $65.00 add on fee. Board there at your own risk!

The best pet boarding in the area.. Having used the services of Cobble Hill Bed & Biscuit for over 10 years I can unequivically rate them the highest in the Raleigh area, and the best I have used. Initially, I placed 2 dogs and 2 cats at Cobble Hill for safe keeping and care while away on vacations ,etc. They have always taken the best care of our pets. They were professional, attentive, courteous, caring and always accommodating. Our pets were always returned to us in excellent shape and disposition. I always felt Iike I was leaving my pets with family. I highly recommend them to any pet owners.

Whole hearted trust in the care recieved. My golden retrievers have been left in the care of the Cobble Hill staff numerous times. They are polite, caring and understanding. They have never once come home with fleas or ticks and always are happy when I leave them and pick them up. My two boys just love it there. Especially the pool. They love to swim. This is the best place my pets have stayed when away from home. I trust them totally.
