Ghetto of Preston
by Anicasia at Citysearch
There are so many nicer and cheaper apartments in the area. This place is a dump. It's the ghetto of Preston!! The staff doesn't care at all about the tenants or the complex and it shows. This place is infested with bugs and falling apart.
Best Place to Live
by Trinspoon at Citysearch
I had lived at Crabtree Crossings for 2 years. This was the best place I have ever lived. Managment was so great and helpful very clean outside and landscaping always kept up with. Pool area very clean and spacious. Apartments are very spacious and very clean. Anything goes wrong maintenance was there either same day or next day depending how severe. Management always helpful and always there helping if you run in any jam especially during rent. This is an awesome place to live I would recommend Crabtree to everyone they really do make you feel at home. If I did not buy a house I would still be living there. Great job to management team job greatly done you made me feel very welcomed.
- Pros: Great Managment,Very Clean Community and spacious
- Cons: None
Very Helpful

My family and I had to relocate from out of state, site unseen. All of the staff, Heather, Barb and Teressa were very helpful. They mailed everything to me in advance so I didn't have to worry about everything when I got there. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they found it for me. I was also able to get a copy of the lease so I could get my kids registered for school , no delays here. The grounds are clean and I haven't heard the train once. I am looking forward to the resident pool party next weekend.
- Pros: great location and friendly staff
Has Flexible Lease, noisy apartment, however.

The apartments are VERY noisy, you can hear your neighbor pass gas. I like the layout, and the availability of 3 month contracts is great if you are a contractor. The managemnet is passable, they do fix things if you really bother them. They are rather stringent on the rent thing, and tend to send nasty grams threatening eviction if you don't pay this moment. The cocierage is good, in that packages are well delivered and haven't lost one yet. I also like the side walk and they are dog friendly. If you sign a year lease they are cheap. The kitchen is O.K, although the appliances are very low-end. I DO like the bathroom, as it has an indpendently adjustable temperature/flow control so you can 'set it and forget it' in your shower. I also like the balcony, and the upstairs arrangement. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER a ground floor apartment, due to frame construction of the building. Lots of kids, and reasonably safe from traffic. If trains bother you, don't live here, as one comes by about 4 times per day.
- Pros: Nice flexible yease
- Cons: Noisy apartment/trains
Aparment Review
by aprylmccoy at Citysearch
Since the change in management to Natasha Wilson I have found the staff to be less than adequate and professional. I have had 9+ years of apartment living and out of the three communities I have lived this is the first time I have experienced such poor attention to details to the property.
I decided to leave the community due to the tremendous rent increase ($200+) and the poor quality of the staff. If you are considering Crabtree Crossing, I would STRONGLY suggest that you continue your search.
