Excellent Service Every Time. I have been trying to find a trustworthy and reliable shop in the Raleigh area since I moved her years ago. Import Performance has proved themselves time and time again since I have started doing business with them,

Their staff is top notch from the front desk to the mechanics. I recently purchased my first BMW, and have been blown away at how helpful and reasonable they have been with the maintanence and repairs I have dealt with.

Even if it is just a simple oil change, they treat you as you are their most valuable customer. With repairs, they have always explained things in terms that are clear and simple, and look out for the best interest of the car and your wallet at the same time.

My wife and I will never touch another garage with our vehicles as long as we are in this area.

Honesty, value and friendly‎. This business is just great period. My husband and I service both of our cars there, I drive a Mercedes and he drives a BMW. This place is clean and very well organized; if you need a car rental, they will arrange one for you in a snap. Our cars always done right, the main thing is that you feel you are dealing with honest and knowledgeable people and you get your moneys worth.‎‎
