Dan, the technician that provided the actual service was friendly, professional (demeanor and appearance), and thorough. I was able to express my concerns and ask questions without feeling pressured, rushed, or ignored. I feel as though he listened, understood, and treated my concerns and was honest.

I am very happy so far with my initial interaction with Moxie as whole. Casey was my initial contact scheduler and she was most helpful. All of the customer service providers I have spoken with have been very professional and friendly. The follow up call was immediate and during all communications I was asked if I was satisfied and/or if I needed anything else. The staff seems to be willing to go above and beyond typical service. In addition, the employees I have spoken to (as well as Dan in person) have been friendly and informative.

I have only positive things to say about my experience thus far. Thank You to all the staff at Moxie.

Moxie Service Review. Drazen arrived this morning to handle my quarterly pest maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. Inquired about any observations I had regarding insects and pests. He delivered my treatment and also took care of visible spider webs. He also treated the garage.

I think my defense against the pests is in place for the coming months.

Moxie has always returned to retreat my home if I have any issues in between quarterly's. My technician, Matt F. spent the time at my home to do the job right. He did not rush through my job so he could get to the next. He addressed my concerns and I got the best job possible. It was all about taking the time to do it right and making the customer happy. Its obvious that Matt cares about fixing the problem. Thanks Matt.

very knowledgeable in field. Jack and Logan came to my home last week for an initial visit to assess the property for pests. They addressed my concerns for child/pet safety and assured me that the 'oxygen patient' in my home would suffer no discomfort. They left me feeling confident that I could trust any pest control issue with them/their company. The price is very competitive for this area-NorthWest Raleigh.

Since becoming part of the Moxie Pest Control family in July of 2012, my husband and I have been very impressed. Each time that we have had service performed, the technician has been extremely thorough and very well informed. Our last service was performed today by Matt F, who also did a fantastic job. Matt F. came out to our home for the second time. Both times he displayed extreme professionalism and genuine concern for resolving our pet issue. He walked me through every step of the treatment explaining the problem and procedures for resolving them. I highly recommend Matt and will ask for him personally for our quarterly treatments in the future!
