wonderful. very surprised! Took my kids to get a haircut last year and now I am a regular. Annette and Heather are the best eyebrow waxers around. Very confidant, I like that. No appointments,so sometimes you will wait. Employees have to take breaks, so ignore the other review. The squeaky wheel get the grease, if you dont like something, speak up. I have went in the day after a haircut to get it a bit sorter than they did it, no change, and wouldn't take a tip. Products are great and very clean. heather does great short haircuts. Sam is great at color. Annette can do it all. I am used to 70.00 haircuts up in DC, so this is a true surprise, live it!

Famous Hair is a great place. Famous Hair is the only place I will go to get my hair cut around here. They do a great job. My daughter has some difficult hair and they really listen to what I say about it and do a great job with her hair. I am really glad I found a place that does a great job as I am really picky about where I go.

BAD SERVICE. We went there to get my daugter's hair washed. Since she injured her hand ,I could see that in was in need of a good washing. We got there, checked in, there were two people in line in front of us. When one hairdresser was done she left and did not return. Then when the next two were done they took the the clients in line in front of us. The next one that was done went to the back for five minutes or so then reappeared smelling like smoke. She then called my daughters name and my daughter went to the counter, she then turned around and walked back to the wash bay, while my daughter was still standing there. No "Hi how ya doing come on back or nothing" When she realized she left her patron at the counter she came back and said "come on" with an attitude! My daughter was in the wash bay for less than three minutes, then to the chair where her hair was combed for less than sixty seconds. I paid the bill and left a tip, but did not look at my daughters hair till on the way home and it was still dry in some places where it was not washed at all. I'm just upset that we had to wait so long, then she smoked before waiting on the clients in line, my child was treated like a second class citizen, and to top it off we did not get what we paid for. What a rip-off I will dispute the charges on my credit card.
