Scam Artists. This company doesn't even deserve a star and should be put out of business. They have screwed MULTIPLE home owners and vendors, guess that is why they are no longer in Raleigh. DO NOT give them you business unless you don't want your furniture or bills paid. THEY SUCK.

Buisness is not closed!. A diaster company that gets the job done! it's true! they argued with the insurance company adjuster, whom i thought was right, then out of now where they proved him wrong! Good company in my book

Unprofessional and deceitful. My home was flooded by the remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole last year and I paid LCI Group LLC a sizable sum of money to begin the restoration of my home......and after six weeks of nothing being started toward the restoration, I requested the return of my money. After many phone calls, a face to face conversation with the manager, and even a letter written by the manager saying that my money would be refunded.... I have yet to receive my money. I filed a civil suit, won the judgement and now LCI Group LLC has file an appeal, and now wants a trial by jury. Unbelieveable!!!.

bottom feeders. If you run into LCI group llc, please get as far away as possible. We lost our home to a fire last year and lci group made our lives a living hell. They lost, destroyed, and even stole a number of items from us. After a dispute with them they held personal items belonging to my 3 year old daughter hostage. The people running this company are not only completely incompetent, but also very very bad people.
