Terrible experience with Vivid Tan. Haven't been there for Months and they continue to charge my credit card. When I called in to see what could be done about it the owner said that people make these claims all the time that they canceled when they didn't. There are good people in the world, not everyone is out to scam you. Be careful going to this salon it is a money pit.

So i'm super picky about where I tan,.. but!. Vivid tan gave me a week for free, allowing me to build my base tan, and I immediatly saw results after my first tanning session. The staff at Vivid tan are very nice, clean and knowlegable. I used to tan at Sun Tan City, but Vivid tan won my buisness hands down.

Vivid Tan!!!. I've had some experiences with other tanning salons such as Cabana, and Planet Beach. Veryyy pricey and the employers there are not that nice.

Vivid Tan gives tanning a whole new experience. Extremely clean, amazingly organized shop. Top of the line beds, and not to mention the very respectful nice and helpful staff. A great selection on lotions and they even offer teeth whitening.

I would recommend VIVID TAN to everyone!

ViViD Tan best in NC!. I've been going to Vivid Tan for almost 3 years and I have to say they are truly the best. I have tried multiple tanning salons in many areas of the state (small towns, Raleigh & Durham, mountains & beach) and they by far outrank all the others.

They have the most beautiful shop with clean, top of the line beds, and a great selection of tanning lotions & accessories. They even have teeth whitening to go along with your smoking tan. They have great prices, and they do not even carry the basic beds that other salons start you out at with basic membership. Their basic package you are in a modern bed with face bulbs or stand up at a great price! They even carry Mystic tans for the sunless tanners and offer a custom spray tan if that's your thing!

And I haven't told you the best part...

Karla and Steve! They are the owners and they are some of the best people you will ever meet. They are always bubbly & chatty and as friendly as can be. I drive past 2 tanning salons to get to their location but they are totally worth it! This place is my tan-therapy!

BONUS: They charge less than a lot of popular chains in the area (*cough* Cabana) with a better product so give them a try!

And no I was not paid for my review ;)

LOVES IT!!!. Karla & Steve are beautiful people both inside and out! And their tanning beds = MY THERAPY! Hands down THE best place to tan in the triangle.

These Folks are Super Nice. I've been going to Vivid Tan for a couple of years, not just for a glowing tan, but I suffer from chronic depression, and the light is great therapy! The husband and wife team that own the place are just such great, sweet folks, they know my name, seem happy to see me, etc. I recommend Vivid Tan!

Great Spray Tan. This place is great. The employees were very accommodating and the services were great and fairly priced. I got a spray tan and it turned out very even and about as natural as a spray tan can be. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

BEST PLACE!. I have been tanning with Karla & Steve at Vivid Tan ever since they opened! I have been to many tanning places in the Raleigh area and this by far is the best! It's always impeccably clean. You are always greeted with a smile! I am not just a longtime customer I am a forever customer! Definitely worth the trip! You will NOT be sorry! Oh and check out the jewelry too - fantastic!

Best place to tan. I am a year round tanner and have been many places to tan and they are hands down the best place I have ever been. New, up to date equipment and the friendliest staff you could ever ask for. Trust me, after a few visits they will know you by name when you come in the door and you just can't find that in many businesses nowadays. They also do spray tanning. I have done it and you come out a nice golden brown tan and not a Snooki orange.

If you are a tanner, this is the place you need to be.

Friendly staff and great prices. I've been very pleased with the attention from the staff as well as the very nice facilities.

This was my first visit to a tanning salon and they explained everything to me thoroughly, without seeming to push the hard sell too much.

Every time I've gone I have had NO wait, for either the tanning beds or the spray booth.

Two thumbs up!
