Great inventory poor installation experience. As soon you walk into the store you'll find plenty of products to choose from. The owner (Waiel) is always available for questions and he knows what he is talking about. They have a contract with JL products so those will be the first items that they will try to sell you. The big issue with the store is with the installation. I took my brand new vehicle for a JL sub/amp installation and the guy at the front desk assigned the job to a guy named Oscar. Oscar probably used to work at a construction site before he became an installer. He will treat your car like bricks and rocks. He basically broke several metal clips from the interior, then he tried to fix it like an amateur. He also scratched the door panels with his big boots. The funny thing is that if you are replacing the entire system, the owner will assign the job to a master installer but if you are just replacing the radio or adding a sub, you will get screw with one of the helpers. Not fair. Also, make sure you bring a big fat wallet with you. There's gotta be a better place than this in the triangle area but where?
