TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!. PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT WHERE YOU LAY YOUR HEAD, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL. IT IS OLD, DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT. TRASH CANS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ROOM WE STAYED WERE FILLED WITH TRASH. TRASH IN FRONT OF THE DOORWAY. WE REQUESTED NON-SMOKING, BUT WAS TOLD SMOKING WAS THE ONLY ROOMS AVAILABLE. WE DIDN'T SLEEP AT ALL AT THIS FILTLY PLACE. WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN, STAY AT ANY HOMESTEAD HOTEL AND WOULD DEFINITLEY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS A MAJOR UPGRADE!!!!!

TRAVELER BEWARE. Just a warning - DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL even for a night! It is dirty - dirty carpet and dirty bedding, what appeared to be urine stains on the bathroom wall, and trash in a corner behind a chair. The staff is extremely rude, demeaning and just plain hateful. No "nonsmoking" rooms. According to one of the desk clerks, the smoke filters throughout all of the rooms through the motel's vents, so they don't really have any nonsmoking rooms (although that's what we paid for).

IF YOU MUST STAY HERE - DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD FOR RESERVATION!!!! YOUR ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED -- WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE -- AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SECOND TIME WHEN YOU CHECK IN EVEN IF YOU PAY WITH A DIFFERENT CARD. THE MOTEL SAYS THEY CREDIT THE FIRST CHARGE BACK, BUT IT WILL TAKE 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE DOUBLE CHARGED.

THE PLACE IS NOISY. WE GOT STUCK STAYING THERE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AND THERE WERE GUYS HANGING OUT ON THE BALCONY UNTIL ALMOST 4 A.M. SATURDAY. AT ONE POINT, A FEMALE WAS YELLING; OTHERWISE, IT WAS ALL MALES BEING LOUD.

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THIS PLACE, AND THEY ALSO NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Laundry facilities are available on the premises. Housekeeping varies based on the length of your stay. Guests are allowed one pet per studio.
