Unfortunately, our experience wasn't very good...the food was great but the service was really terrible actually. The table spent 90% of the time with out drinks, the only waitress in the entire room waiting on 14 tables couldn't remember when people asked for things and you had to ask for almost everything once you finally flagged the waitress down... The cheesecake was so frozen that you couldn't even stab it with a fork. The management was cold and we were a large dinner group...with all the other great Japanese Steakhouses in Cary and Raleigh, Ginza will find it hard to compete if they continue with this type of service...very unfortunate.

YUMMY! and not a long wait!!. I just ate there for the second time and was just as satisfyed! The resturant is divided into different areas. There is the hibachi, the bar and the sushi room. It is almost like three resturants in one. The food is amazing. The service nice. The chefs talented! The best part, not having to wait for 45 minutes to get a seat! I also love the fact that it is CLEAN!!!! I will eat here is often as I can!!!

I felt like I was eating in an unfinished basement. This establishment looks much nicer from the outside than the inside. When I ate here, I felt like I was eating in an unfinished basement. I know some Japanese steak houses tend to be austere, but this place looked like it was still under construction. As for the food, it was just OK and unremarkable. Coming from NY where they have some of the best Japanese Steak Houses on the planet, this place has a long way to come up to speed.. While not terrible....the search for a "good" Triangle based Japanese restaurant will have to continue.

Slow Service. Just ate at Ginza tonight. We were in the Japanese Steakhouse section of the restaurant. Meal was good, but service was slow. In addition, the atmosphere seemed cold and unfriendly. I think part of it can be blamed on the decor. Nevertheless, I would probably eat there again.

A great place. Come here often for lunch or dinner with my family. Highly recommend.
