Hassles and More Hassles

I purchased a number of new appliances from Garner TV for my new kitchen. Unfortunately half of the items were delivered in damaged condition by the delivery folks from Garner TV who did not check the condition of the appliances. Replacing the items has been almost impossible because the store seems unwiling or unable to get new appliances or parts to me. It has been over two months and I am still trying to get one appliance repaired or replaced. I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Garner TV unless you check and install the appliances immediately and are ready to get involved in a long dispute to fix anything that isn't working on day one. The ownership of the store may have changed and this may have something to do with the situation since Garner used to have a good reputation and that's why I went there to begin with. It's too bad because I had wanted to give my business to a small independent local store, but that turned out to be a big mistake in this case.
