Great Customer Service.
Our 2 year old TV was hit by lighting. Even though The TV was beyond repair Garner TV provided us with a temporary unit until we could settle up with Insurance Company. The new TV was installed and all services restored back.

Recommend this store all the time for appliances!. Over the past 10 years we have purchase several appliances from them. It has been about 3 years since our last purchase. We have purchased: washer, dryer, (GE Harmony: Love them!) dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, and ovens. They have a nice showroom and carry quality kitchen appliances. We have shopped other stores and then returned to Garner tv to find more competitive pricing. They were honest when helping us chose the right appliances: value vs. cost. We did look for a tv there but found their brand selection was limited. We always request Amgad or Rita to help us. I am not familiar with other sales people.
Run, don't walk away from this store!. Spent over $10,000 at this store. Salesperson was so happy to take our money. Promised us quality and service long after purchase if any problems were to arise. Many problems with brand new refrigerator. Tried to contact salesperson several times and he has yet to return any of our calls. Never heard from him again. We have already had 3 service calls on our refrigerator and it is still not fixed. Garner tv and appliance said they cannot take this piece of garbage back and replace because then they would be stuck with it. So now we are stuck with it. Dealing with this company has turned out to be a very sickening ordeal. I don't know how they are able to treat their customers like they do and still stay in business.
Hassles and More Hassles. I purchased a number of new appliances from Garner TV for my new kitchen. Unfortunately half of the items were delivered in damaged condition by the delivery folks from Garner TV who did not check the condition of the appliances. Replacing the items has been almost impossible because the store seems unwiling or unable to get new appliances or parts to me. It has been over two months and I am still trying to get one appliance repaired or replaced. I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Garner TV unless you check and install the appliances immediately and are ready to get involved in a long dispute to fix anything that isn't working on day one. The ownership of the store may have changed and this may have something to do with the situation since Garner used to have a good reputation and that's why I went there to begin with. It's too bad because I had wanted to give my business to a small independent local store, but that turned out to be a big mistake in this case.
