Please do not sign up for this service.

The sales pitch is great but you must read the fine print.

Should you cancel your account, you must give a signed notice of cancellation. (funny that they provide those as this must happen quite a bit).

The notice is a (30) thirty day notice which ensures that you will be charged for one more session whether you use it or not.

Also, you may freeze your account which is nice, but that also requires a $10 dollar monthly fee.

Should you have some pre paid sessions available, if you freeze your account, you are unable to use the pre paid sessions.

I do not recommend this place for your business. Please find somewhere else to go, or please read the fine print when signing their contract.

AWESOME MASSAGE EVEN BETTER PRICE. Went in to Massage Heights in early Jan. because I saw that they have a rate of 49.99 for you first massage. I was pleasantly surprised that when I called they had a appointment avail. that day. When I went in my therapist was awesome! She hit all the spots I needed. I added the Hot Towel Cold Stone face massage and it was well worth the extra 12 dollars. I know they are membership based so when they tried to pitch to me, I polietly turned them down. A couple weeks later I had a voicemail inviting me back at the rate that I had the first time. It is now Feb. and I have another massage scheduled and I will be getting a membership! Great staff, very clean, very affordable!

SHOCKED!!. When I first visited Massage Heights, as a business owner myself, I try and support the businesses around me so I happily agreed to sign up for a year "membership". I was told that any month I did not use my massages they would be carried over. Being busy, after a year of paying $50 per month I had 6 massages that were not used. I received a call less than three weeks ago and asked if I would like to renew my membership and I explained to her that I had 6 I still had not used, I would wait until I had used those to renew so I was going to pass. The clerk said thank you and hung up. Upon calling today, I learned that because I did not renew my membership, all credits were forfeited. NONE of this was mentioned in the call to get more money out me!!! Not a great way to do business...and they can bet all the referals that used to come their way and all the gift cards purchased will go to another company!
