Best Buffalo Wings in a 50 mile radius!. Sigh. Heaven. Finally a great wing. The only wings I found tolerable were the ones from Chili's and it was only good, not great. Every place that touted good wings were not. They were either friend and drenched in high fructose corn syrupy goop or baked. Baked - really? If you're gonna eat a wing, it has to be buffalo style. Bullfeathers has it going on. I usually stick to the hot buffalo but I was convinced by a good friend to try the raspberry - surprisingly good. The jerk was not like authentic jerk but had a yummy flavor. She loved he peanut thai and I found it boring. I don't like dry rub so the cajun did nothing for me. But we had the tequila sunrise and I fell in love with my first sweet wing sauce! Real orange zest did it for me. So want a good wing? Eat here. I have no idea if anything else is good but it sure looks good going by while I stuff my face with wings.
A COMFORTABLE NEIGHBORHOOD PUB!. I must first tell you that I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY - the home of the original chicken wing! The wings at Bullfeathers ARE Buffalo worthy! From the traditional to the crazy sauces - all are wonderful and cooked crispy not mushy. I have visited Bullfeathers on several occasions, the staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere comfortable and kid-friendly too. I was thilled to find a place like this around where you can take your family out (there is a train the runs the perimeter of the restaurant and both my kids LOVE this) and also hang-out late night with friends and enjoy live music. Another great on the menu are the sweet potato fries - delicious! I truly hope Bullfeathers is here to stay...it is a welcome addition to the area!
