Great service all around. Our family has been taking all our cars to Gary Gordons' Auto shop for many years now. We like his service so much that we followed him over from Apex. I have never been disappointed with service and Gary has always been up front and honest. Plus I feel he's very knowledgable and treats his customer with respect. He has never steered me wrong and if there's something he can't do, he refers me to someone that can do the job right for the best price.

A Costly Nightmare. This experience was the worst by far I have ever had. I have been taking my car to get serviced for an oil change for over a year. I happened to go to another oil change place, since I moved out of the city. Upon, having the oil change, the new place let me know that the oil plug had been broken off by them and tried to be fixed with a type of service. I am so glad that the new mechanic found thisout and that the oil leak did not cause the oil to completly leak out and ruin the engine. They of course would not take responsibilty and offer any other solution to the problem...thank god we have an attorney who is going to get this rectified :)
