WONDERFUL, EXCEPT for ONE stylist.
I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience with everyone there, EXCEPT for this one stylist ... I believe her name was Andy. Her client did not like her hair cut, and when she said something, Andy just rolled her eyes. And then proceeded to fuss at some of her co-workers in the back. I would think if her boss heard/saw her, she'd be fired on the spot .. At least I'd hope she would. Miss Queen Bee needs a wakeup call.
All in All, J&F Gemelli is a wonderful salon and hires experienced stylists who care and give great services, EXCEPT for Andy. Please, I urge you .. Go to one of the other locations or other stylists.

Amazing Color!. having just moved to the area, I was uneasy about finding a new hair salon. I made an appointment for a color and haircut. upon arriving, the desk person was very warm and helped ease my nerves. I was offered something to drink (beer or wine optional! nice touch) and everyone (staff) smiled and said hello to me. my stylist Noelle was very attentive to my concerns and suggested some great colors that she thought would compliment my skin tone, but still be easy to maintain. I loved the cut and color, and restocked on my bumble&bumble shampoo which I didnt think I would find in NC! the staff pampered me from arrival to departure, and I cant wait to get my hair done again!
