I have to agree with "occasionalreviewer." I've contacted the owner through email about setting up a consultation, in addition, I gave detail of my natural hair type and hair issues. She never replied back :-(

Very Ruuuudddddddeeee owner!!!. this is my first review of any thing at all but I just couldnt help it after the conversation I just had with the owner of this salon. I couldnt believe my ears. She was rude. Tried to make me feel foolish about asking her questions. She would reply, "Is it on the website", or what does it say on the website, in reponse to a question about whether a relaxer price included a trim or not.

I said no, she say, "Well then, it doesnt"

She did that to a few of my questions, so I thanked her and said goodbye. She also ranted and raved about how because of the economy people are stretching out their relaxers, so she has a pricing plan to account such people. I tell you, her attitude was horrible. I just couldnt believe it. Hell would freeze over before she gets my hard earned money.
