Good Pizza & Good Prices. We order pizza from them occasionally for pick-up or delivery and have had only one problem, for which they gave us a free pizza.

They have just what you expect from Pizza Hut. Their product provided needed sustenance during my college days years ago and it still tastes just as good.

This location does a nice job with the noon buffet, salad bar and the new wing and dessert items too. A recent interior re-do has made it look very nice.

Awful, Awful, Awful. First off let me say that I am not one of those people that has high expectations out of a pizza hut or any other national retail chain for that matter. I also understand having empathy for anyone that deals with the public because I also manage in retail. With that said this place is the worst place of any kind I have ever seen when it comes to customer service. Your order will be incomplete due to there lack of ability to order product. You will usually find this out long after you get there and wait for pick up. Nobody, and I mean nobody will care that it has happened every time you order from them. Not the managers there and not the district manager when you contact him. The wait staff will be an extension of the awful management going on there. So if this is the experience you are looking for .... Head on over to the Fuquay Varina Pizza Hut. They can't wait to screw you!!

Horrible customer service. The first couple of times I ordered delivery when I moved to Fuquay, the pizza was good and delivery times were reasonable. However, the last few times that i have ordered there have been mistakes with my order and the management doesn't seem to care about doing anything to make the customer happy.

My last order today was put in as a delivery. I gave my address and was told the delivery time was 45 minutes. I called an hour later and was told that it had been ready for over 30 minutes for carryout. The manager was going to just send the old order out with no mention of a discount or I could wait an additional 45 minutes for a supposedly fresh order with still no mention of a discount or an apologized.

I ended up cancelling the order and will never order from there again.

I used to manage a Pizza Hut and a Papa Johns and this is unacceptable customer service. A good manager would have apologized and offered a fresh order for free or a discount.
