Dr Ferez and his team. If you are looking for a chiropractor with a strong approach and style then Dr Ferez is your man, he is not for someone who prefers the lighter touch though.

His female team are wonderful,welcoming and have a great sense of humour.

Until i met his latest receptionist (as i had not been to the practice for a while)

I dont know her name but she has very dark hair and an even darker attitude!

Hostile is the word that comes to mind.

It really does ruin the whole experience when you are met by a truly unfriendly receptionist!

As for the Neo Spa which belongs to Dr Ferez (in the same building) .

Eric is a wonderful and professional masseuse,he really gets all the kinks out. Owie but great! :)

Laurie though,always seems to be in somewhat of a rush and on my last visit cut my massage short by 10 minutes, which is not unusual for her.

If your heart is not in it then find another career,would be my advice to her.

I will not be returning as too many things are not working for me with this practice,it's a shame though as it used to be a fun yet relaxing place to be and the location is great if you live in Clayton.
