Go elsewhere. Horrible office. Inexperienced clerical staff. Always issues and problems with this office. Absolutely horrible. All Dr. Vices offices are this way. They run high production so they drill the smallest little thing. Funny how one can be diagnosed 8 cavities here then go somewhere else and suprise suprise- NONE. Root Canal- no problem!! Dr. Meckler is the root canal MASTER!. I honestly had not been to the dentist in 6 years due to terrifying fear of any dental procedure. A cleaning made me more afraid than anyone can imagine. I went to Sunrise Dental due to agonizing pain from a chipped molar. After learning that I needed a root canal, I only thought of how I could get out of the situation. Realizing there was no way around it, I returned to Dr. Meckler at Sunrise for my root canal. Dr. Meckler coached me through it, telling me how important it was that he give me a comfortable experience so that it would not be a negative one that would deter me from returning again. Today, 7 hours after my root canal, I have to say that I am in no pain, feeling much better than I was this morning with the pain from my tooth, and no fear of returning for something as simple as a cleaning and perhaps more work. Dr. Meckler, his assistant, Carla, and Kristin C., the front office staff member, treated me with respect and as if I was family. They moved their schedule around to accomodate my root canal since I was in such pain. I will return to them and will recommend them to others. The surroundings were soothing, I watched TV and listened to classical music through my headphones the entire process and felt nothing.

Do not fear any longer, these guys are the dentists for you- they definitely are for me!!!…

Avoid if you have any choice at all. This is a first time message so please bear with me. Sunrise Dental has the best clerical and tech staff I've ever met in a dental office but the rest has been a nightmare! I had 5 of my teeth filed down for 6 crowns ( missing a tooth) October 8th and here we are In March and I still don't have my permanent crowns. There is always some hold up or other- the docs don't cover each other's services so if one's dentist is away for any reason you are just out of luck. I've paid quite a lot I feel for 6 crowns and a bridge so I could have a nice smile again but all I've gotten back for the money I've spent is 5 months of crappy looking temoraries that I have to keep gluing together, which is actually quite funny ( in a dark, scary, superglued-my-fingers-to-the-tube kind of way). So I don't feel that I can recommend Dr. Vice or her practice to anyone. I CAN recommend that you go almost ANYWHERE else! Unless that is you want to spend a lot of money for really ugly teeth that you never get to wear anyway.…
