made me feel pressured to buy. I went here a year ago looking for a new bike with disk brakes I was looking to spend no more then 800.00, in stead of the manager going throught the bikes with me and helping me choose a bike I wanted, He pressured me into buying a 1200.00 dollar bike cause he said i was a big guy I needed to have a larger frame.

Now with one year passed I went back to them because for some reason my spoke on my bike are breaking & i have no idea why I went back to see if they knew why there was no good explination for it, I only ride greenways no off road trials. I took my bike to Performance bike in Cary to have it fixed because I do not trust Cycling spoken here to fix my bike, I suggest you not buy from Cycling Spoken Here you will get nailed, Performance Bike of Cary will Treat you right..

CSH Cary has a incredible bad service quality. It has been my worst service experience in US until now (I've living here for the last 2 years).

During the sales I had a good experience, and that's it. Staff is rude (manager), it takes forever to get parties back from warranty and to solve any issues you have with your bike. They're not flexible at all to help you solve problems with your bike.
