In Short – Redskins, Bears and Packers fans call Woody's home, as do many others--so many, the bartenders can't keep track. Don't forget about all the college ball fans who meet here or the Cary softball teams in red clay-covered uniforms who drag themselves in after games. You won't find the bartenders in faux sports-team outfits here. Budweiser ads plaster the walls and big-screen TVs broadcast every major sporting event on the planet.

Decent Drink Specials and Food, Terrible Service

We went on a Friday night for a friends birthday. They had a pretty good special for a weekend night (2.50 domestic bottles) but it took 20-30 minutes for the waitress take our order because she was chatting it up with the other employees. People that joined us later on were ignored completely and had to order from the bar. The food was ok (I had a buffaloe chicken sandwich) but seemed overpriced. They have a lot of TVs which would be nice on saturdays and sundays for college football but I probably won't be back. There are better sports bar options in the Raleigh/Cary area.

Great Customer Service

I recently visited Woody's for Football Sunday and was amazed at the great customer service! Even thought the bar was packed, my waitresses were personable and extremely courteous! They were able to make great dinner suggestions and even get the televisions changed when asked. If you love sports, this is the hott spot to be! Even if you are not a sports fan, there are video games, pool, and darts for your entertainment. I'll certainly go back to try more of the menu and drink selection!

Wow!

Wow! Wow! Wow! i had so much fun! I met a guy I know for a first date at this place I heard had great wings. This bar offers way more than just great wings! They had pool tables, video games, darts, leather couches and BIG screen t.v"s everywhere! It was a great time for us to get to know eachother and have fun! Thanks Woody's!

Best wings in town

35 cent wings on Tuesdays and $3 dollar imports, you can't get better than that!! I went to Woody's for the first time this past Tuesay and will be back next week. These were the best wings I've ever had!! Crispy and delicous and ready in about 10 minutes! The waitresses were super nice and attentive. I had a great experience and would recommend this bar to everyone!!

Sports Fan Heaven

Woody's Sport Tavern is a sport fan's HEAVEN!! They've got great food especially the wings, and they've got more TVs than there are games, so you are sure to never miss a miracle shot or forth quarter comeback. You also get wonderful service from all the waitresses. Woody's Sport Tavern and Grill is where you will want to be on gameday!
