In Short – A quaint dining experience with the feel of a large, corporate chain. Wait in line with groups of folks who love a good, cheap meat 'n' three. This place is hopping at lunch. An extensive menu offers breakfast all day as well as a slew of American classics. Entrees include eggs Benedict, strawberry waffles, Alaskan snow crab omelets, rib eye sandwiches, red-salmon salad, Reubens, gyros, BLTs and many other diner options.

This is an All-American Business. They deserve some props for being able to compete against the chains. Their may be more than one location but this is definitely not a chain restauraunt!

Cold and Rude

Some of these reviews must be fake! How in the world can this place claim to serve "food"? These so called honest reviewers are either the owners or people who have no sense of taste or smell. This is nothing more than an over-hyped greasy spoon! The "food" was cold and soaked in oil and the server was RUDE! Enough said. Hey if you want to risk it and waste your money go ahead but my advice is go anywhere but Brigs.
- Pros: none
- Cons: Cold food, cold atmosphere, rude staff
WONDERFUL RESTAURANT!!!!
by tmckinney1
My family and I happened to be driving on Maynard Rd looking for somewhere to eat. We happened upon Brigs Restaurant. We were greeted by a lovely woman who turned out to be the owner. She showed us to our table and we were immediately waited upon and before we knew it, the food had already arrived. It was absolutely delicious. My wife had a pancake combo, and I had to try some. They were fluffy and yummy! My daughter tried their works omelette, which looked excellent and was loaded with good stuff. My son had a child's meal which was a perfect amount for a little one. A single pancake, with a choice of two sides. They decided to go with breakfast for dinner, but I tried the BLTC which was firebaked and served open faced. it was large and a little daunting, but I ate every bite and it was worth it! Also, the price was right. The bill, for four people with full meals and drinks, ended up being barely $30. You can't beat that. The owner said she hoped we'd come back, and I said we definitely would. I know its hard to eat out these days with $$, but if you can only eat out once a week or even once a month. Choose Brigs Restaurant in Cary. You won't be disappointed.
- Pros: Delicious Food, Affordable Prices
- Cons: None. Everything was really great.
