In Short – A quaint dining experience with the feel of a large, corporate chain. Wait in line with groups of folks who love a good, cheap meat 'n' three. This place is hopping at lunch. An extensive menu offers breakfast all day as well as a slew of American classics. Entrees include eggs Benedict, strawberry waffles, Alaskan snow crab omelets, rib eye sandwiches, red-salmon salad, Reubens, gyros, BLTs and many other diner options.

Editor's Tips

What To Drink:
The beer and wine selection is scant. If Budweiser and Sutter Home white zin don't strike your fancy, then order an herbal tea, grapefruit juice or coffee.

Hey everybody, want a fantastic place to eat GO TO BRIGS in Cary. Our family ate there this past weekend and what a great experience. First, super nice staff really friendly. Second, what choices they have on the menu, we had the special benedict the Barcelona and it was outrageous, my daughter chose the blackberry pancakes they were full of plump berries and served with special syrup. The place was packed when we got there but the staff somehow manages to get you in and out effortlessly, they clearly know what they are doing. When the family comes to town for the holidays we know where to take them for an awesome meal, THANKS BRIGS.,....

I have never had a bad, or even so-so meal at Brigs! Great place for family and very kid-friendly. Love the pancakes, and omelettes. I like supporting a local business, and they always greet us with a smile. Great Job Brigs!

  • Pros: Big Portions, Felt like a "regular"
  • Cons: Busy on the Weekends, but worth it.
