  • Salads & Sandwich's

Brigs Restaurants have been serving a vast array of breakfast creations, salads, and hot sandwich platters for breakfast, lunch and dinner since 1988.

In addition to our NEW MENU, we create a new omelet every week and a new benedict every month, ones that are not on our regular menu! And, each Brigs location frequently creates a new pancake, salad, or sandwich for you to enjoy for a week or two. Its how we discover new things to add to our regular offerings and it gives you a chance to help create our next meal.

Great Breakfast, Great Service. I Love Brigs breakfasts! We go to Brigs usually bi-weekly and always have an incredible breakfast.! The portions are large and the staff is so friendly! Every waiter has been great! Brigs at the Crossing is worth the wait on the weekends and holidays. Thanks for all the great food!

outstanding. Hey everybody, want a fantastic place to eat GO TO BRIGS in Cary. Our family ate there this past weekend and what a great experience. First, super nice staff really friendly. Second, what choices they have on the menu, we had the special benedict the Barcelona and it was outrageous, my daughter chose the blackberry pancakes they were full of plump berries and served with special syrup. The place was packed when we got there but the staff somehow manages to get you in and out effortlessly, they clearly know what they are doing. When the family comes to town for the holidays we know where to take them for an awesome meal, THANKS BRIGS.,....

Love Brigs. I go to Brigs whenever I'm in town. I bring friends and family quite frequently to show off the nice quite spot with a southern charm! The pancakes are nice and fluffy and the salads are great too! Stop by for a great experience on all levels!

Love this place!!!. I have never had a bad, or even so-so meal at Brigs! Great place for family and very kid-friendly. Love the pancakes, and omelettes. I like supporting a local business, and they always greet us with a smile. Great Job Brigs!
