Great on sales - but don't stand behind their product. Spend $1000 to take care of landscaping around my house. Hired them to put it all in to make sure it was right.

Warrantee is worthless, warrantee manager is dismissive and rude. Was not interested figuring out why some plants died and others lived with same watering schedule, just declined to honor warranty.

Spend your money elsewhere!

My Favorite Garden Center in Town. I believe Garden Supply Company is the best garden center in town. They have an incredible selection of plants, trees, and shrubs in a setting that truly inspires. Whether I know exactly what I'm looking for, or need some advice and ideas, I always get what I need at Garden Supply. I purchased my home 5 years ago, and ALL my landscaping plants and trees have come from this nursery....and they look fabulous! Thank you, Garden Supply!

Also, their greenhouse is absolutely gorgeous! I get a ton of decorating ideas there, and love, love, love to shop the boutique. Their annual holiday open house is my favorite local event year after year.

Really friendly folk, too.

Good prices and people that know plants. When I left I I felt as if I had been working with a friend. I would recommend Alison who helped me to anybody, It ended up being 21% less than the proposed plants on my landscape bid.

Go to the Farmers Market instead!. I bought several perennials in early spring from both the farmers market and this store.Several of the plants from Garden Supply Co died and the others are thriving, all in the same bed, all full sun perennials. When I called, they told me the return policy only applies to shrubs and basically they were unwilling to do anything! Save your money! They're overpriced and a bad product!!! I was expecting some sort of peace offering, considering the amount of money I spent. I will not go back!

Bad customer service. No matter when I called, I only spoke with a real person twice. I got tired of leaving messages for someone to call me back. They never did. I am taking my business elsewhere.

"Got Customers"?. Too many bees not enough buzzing to help! Stopped by once before service was much better last year this time. Large selection, but with questions unanswered due to lack of customer service, why invest my money on plants of interest...... I walked around the nursery looking to change up my landscaping for the fall, but was unsure of the items I wanted (care & upkeep). I know that plants, shrubs, trees, & flowers all require different kinds of attention and wanted to be sure that I was aware of the proper care they all would need. I noticed what looked like employees around but NOT one of them asked if I needed their assistance. I tried to find someone inside but again, one person and they were on the phone the entire time I was in there not even trying to let me know they would assist me soon. All I have to say is, your competition says "Thank You" for sending me!

Poor Customer Service. I really wanted to like this nursery as they have a really nice selection of plants & trees and claim to have "old fashioned customer service"; however, my experiences there have been poor. I could not get a single person to help me find what I was looking for. When I did finally go to check out, the teenage girl at the counter suddenly had an important telephone call to make to her friend. She did not say a single word to me, overcharged me by $5, and made no offers to have anyone help me load my heavy purchase into my car. Very disappointing.
