Completely Happy. In late March, a portion of my widowed mother’s kitchen ceiling fell in due to an accumulation of rainwater from a roof leak. The insurance adjuster who handled the claim recommended Carolina Restoration Services, and we could not be happier with their work or the way in which they dealt with us throughout the process. The first visit from Carolina Restoration was from their estimator, who spent more than an hour inspecting the ceiling damage and determining the extent of the repairs. The next contact was from Carolina Restoration’s general manager, who supplied us with a written quote for the cost of the repairs. The two-person repair crew arrived on time on the day the job was scheduled and worked diligently until it was completed. They were very careful to tarp and cover all areas, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Within an hour of the time the repair crew completed their work, the carpet cleaning team arrived. They were equally efficient and managed to make 20 year old carpet look as if it were brand new. Terrible/Shady. It was a terrible experience. They would not show me the subcontractor invoices or documentation for ANY work performed. This was a $70,000 job and they refused to give me any documentation except the original estimate! The company also did not complete the work. They still have not completed it and are threatening me with a lien. Stay as far away from these people as possible. They are doing something very shady if they refuse to give you billing information regarding your own home/project as well as not completing work and expecting payment for it!…

FAST RESPONSE ON SATURDAY. Carolina Restoration came out within a Hour after I called them due to a roof leak. They found the source of the leak...got the dehumidifier out and greatly mitigated the damages. Thanks Carolina Restoration for the great job!

Great Cleanup. Great Re-construction. Great Company. Thanks to all the folks at Carolina Restoration for their support, attention to detail and quality of workmanship as they completed repairs on our home which was devastated last fall by severe water damage.

Shortly after our call, we had crews from Carolina Restoration in our house starting the dry-out process and carefully moving our furniture from the affected areas to rescue them from further damage. We are not sure where or how Carolina Restoration recruits their employees but everyone we came in contact with was extremely polite, professional and caring. They handled our belongings with great care as if it were their own.

We selected Carolina Restoration for the re-construction project from a list of three (3) companies. We were impressed by their high standards for quality of work and strong commitment to customer.

The result was a well-run project that was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Their flexibility to adapt to changes is noteworthy.

In the end, our home was not simply restored to its original condition but through the quality workmanship and hard work by Carolina Restoration employees, our home is more beautiful than it has ever been!
