Disappointed.... I have been using Mayfair Animal Hospital for many years. I have noticed a decline in customer service and pressure to have procedures and tests done that are not necessary. It appears to have become more about making more money and less about the care and well being of the animals. Very disappointing...

professional pet service. The staff is very well trained and friendly and caring to my dogs. The kennel techs really understand how hard it is for me when i board my dogs and they take great care of my babies. The office manager is very professional and helpful.

was OK now POOR. We've been taking our pets (dog and cat) to Mayfair since 2004. Until last year we had no complaints - they began sliding with a poor vet tech in 2008. She double stuck my dog when trying to draw labs - from the same site. Then this year they went rock bottom. They kept me in the office for 2 hours bullying me about extra services my animals needed to determine if they have diseases that could be life threatening. (they don't - yay!) But, the vet and vet tech kept coming into the exam room to warn me about the potential damage I was causing my pets if I chose not to have hundreds of dollars more lab work done on them. I am very disappointed in their pushy salesman behavior and lack of care for my animals. We will find someone else to care for our animals after this years' check up. I would not recommend this office to anyone. And, yes they are expensive.

Great service but very pricey.. All of the workers are great. I would definitely recommend this clinic. They will answer any questions that you have and they did a very further exam on my toy dog. My only consider is how expensive my visit was. My parents brought their dog to a different clinic towards Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina and there visit was $100 less than what I had to pay.

Mayfair is great. Great service and they love the animals but next time, I think it is worth it to travel a little further to save that much money.

Excellent veterinary care. My cat got a better physical exam than I've ever had!! Very impressed, AND they were so good to my kitty!! Definitely glad I've switched to this clinic.

saving lives. I would recomend Mayfair to anyone. Dr. Bristal and Dr. Bush in particular were great to me. They saved my dog's life and worked with me on the payments. At the time, I had very little money, and my dog needed 24 hour watch for about a week. Mayfair gave me medicine to take with me to the ER vet (where my dog had to stay during the night) so that my cost would stay at a minimum. I am forever greatful for their cooperation and most importantly, saving my best friend's life!
