An Incredible trip to Alaska

Dear Michael:

Joan and I want to thank you for arranging the wonderful trip to Alaska. This was truly one of our favorite trips, and we are so appreciative for the excellent planning and advice you gave us.

Your suggestion for an extra day in Anchorage was exactly the right thing to do. We enjoyed the time there, as well as feeling rested when we joined the tour on Monday. Our stays in beautiful Talkeetna and Denali were great, and the train rides to both places most enjoyable, with wonderful meals. The highlight of that part of the tour had to be the day spent in Denali National Park. The scenery was spectacular and the many sightings of wildlife was almost unbelievable. We could not get over our luck to have seen fourteen grizzly bears, as well as many caribou, moose, red foxes, etc. It was the experience of a lifetime. The day in Fairbanks was a little rainy, but did not interfere with our plans at all. In fact, that was the only rain we saw the entire two weeks. I cannot begin to praise enough the professionalism of the guides. They attended to all our needs, were most informative, and fun throughout.

The second week on the Radiance of the Seas was perfect. Wonderful accommodations, good food, and more breath-taking scenery. We are so glad you suggested the float plane ride over the glaciers. That was not only beautiful, but at the lodge where we ate delicious salmon, we had the fun of watching the black bear that wandered into the back yard.

It was a fantastic trip, and again, Michael, we are grateful to you for your usual expertise in planning it for us. We look forward to the next vacation you arrange for us.

My first positive impression of Magic Happens came in 2003

My first positive impression of Magic Happens Travel came in 2003 when I was surfing the net one night looking for a travel destination. I requested some information on a destination and was surprised when I received an immediate response from Magic Happens Travel owner Michael Weil, who was putting in another of his frequent late nights at the office.

Since that time, Magic Happens Travel has become our trusted source of travel information and planning. They know when to go, where to stay, and what to do to get the most for your travel dollars.

My wife and I are retired and thought that travel to exotic locations may be beyond our means, but Magic Happens Travel has guided us to delightful adventures and destinations in the Caribbean, Europe, Australia, Tahiti, and the Mediterranean. And Magic Happens Travel already has set up for us a Switzerland and Rhine River trip for the fall and a South American cruise next spring.

My wife Gail and I thought we had seen most of what the Caribbean had to offer by taking several whirlwind cruises of the eastern, western and southern Caribbean. Sure, we had visited the islands and could say that we'd been there, done it; but something was missing. When Debbie Kaiser at Magic Happens Travel helped us realize that there was much more of the islands to experience and to enjoy after the cruise ships depart at 5 PM for the next port of call, it was an awakening and the start of a wonderful series of island adventures.

All the Caribbean islands offer beautiful beaches and views of the ocean, but Debbie took into account our travel lifestyle, budget, and interests and set up wonderful, reasonably priced one-week vacations to truly unique destinations in Aruba, St. Thomas, and St. Marten that we never would have found on our own.

Extremely attentive and helpful...
