Ok for temporary circumstances. I'm not sure if this is the norm for all Rex affiliates, but my visits during my pregnancy was not all that great. I had to wait for a long time during every single visit. And I really don't like the badgering for insurance cards. They have it on file for every month and they still ask over and over and over again for the same information. I was due for a 6 week check-up after giving birth to a preemie and they charged me for a no show even after I told them that I was still not fully recovered and able to drive for the appointment. The doctors are good. Customer service is ok. The ladies are friendly. But I won't be going back any time soon.
