I recently had my car towed with Cricket Towing.

Despite the unfortunate situation, I was picked up by Brian a very courteous and friendly driver.

Brian and I had great conversation and I enjoyed meeting him. He is one of the nicest people I have met.

Pretty much just reiterating what everyone else has said about fair, reasonably fast, and caring service, but it is true! Thank you cricket towing!

Home safe and sound!!. Broken down with a child and a not so mechanically inclined husband. Oh, and my poor dog who we were taking to the vet for surgery. Called Cricket because it was first on the GPS. The dispatcher was polite and quoted a fair fee for the tow ( we were about 30 miles from home). When I told the dispatcher about the dog, he did not hesitate to help. A few minutes later, Brian to the rescue. Compassionate, precise, professional...I could go on and on. He managed to get that tow truck into the parking lot of the vet ( no small feat!) and waited patiently for us. Brian was conversational but not intrusive on the ride home. I would recommend Cricket and Brian to anyone and everyone. You give tow companies a good name!!!

Prompt and Courteous. This is a towing service that cares! The dispatcher answered the phone quickly and responded to my towing request professionally and without personal comment....no run around here.

The driver, Brian, was right on time, kind, professional and very courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very careful with my property as well as my feelings and turned a stressful event into a carefree moment.

In today's world when you never know who you can trust it was very reassuring to find professionals who are just that - Professional. You could tell that he cared about his job and vehicle as I observed how well he took care of the equipment; how he placed everything back where it belonged, folded the towing belts into place and securing everything before leaving.

Brian treated me like he was my big brother and even offered advice to help me out in my situation. Things like this are priceless and kindness only takes a few minutes.

Crickets Service offers overnight drop off. I go to crickets for all our auto servicing needs. The service people are friendly and they help you however they can. They also offer a convenient overnight drop off. They also offer a recker service if you ever need your car towed.

The best. I hope I never have to get towed again, but if so, I'm calling Cricket. Tried calling the place my dealer recommend first (Cary Towing) and got rude dispatcher calling me "sweeheart" who couldn't give me an estimate on price or time they'd get to me. Then I called Cricket. Dispatcher was professional and his estimate on both expense and time were right on. They were even a few minutes early. Brian, the driver, very personable, knew what he was doing and worked fast. Even took the extra couple minutes to offer educated advice on the pending repairs. Turns out I had to call them twice in the same day, once for a jump and again for a tow when the car cut out later that day. They ended up knocking off the mileage fee for the tow and just charged me flat rate for the jump and flat rate for the tow. That's the way to run a business and it made a very stressful day for me much less so.
