finally a mechanic you can TRUST. Absolutely outstanding service everytime. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust not to rip you off. Techniquest has surprised me more than once by coming in at much less than I was expecting -- if all you need is a odd new fuse, that's all they're going to fix. And they're great about giving you updates on the phone as they're working on your car. I recommend them to everyone. The only downside is that my little-known gem is apparently not so secret anymore... last time I went their lot was full of cars! (But they still got to mine the same day.)

Best Auto care in Cary. I have been a customer of Techni-Quest for the last 15 years. They have performed exclusively all the required maintenance on all the automobiles that I have owned over this time( 9 autos). They always do what they say they are going to do for the price that they say they will do it for. Their front service is excellent in that all service invoices are explained in detail completely. On a rare occasion where a mistake was made, it was corrected at Techhni-Quest expense without discussion. Their warranty on their work has gone above and beyond standard parts manufacturers warranty. I have recommended Techni-Quest to my friends and neighbors and always heard back glowing reports of their service and quality of work. I couldn't recommend them any higher to anyone who reads this.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR WORKED ON BY THIS SHOP. I have had 2 different cars worked on here and have now had to have over $1000 of repairs on each due to the use of parts not specified by the manufacturer that have caused damage to both engines. Buyer be ware to anyone who takes their cars to this shop to be worked on. They do have great up front customer service but it will be months before you find out the extent to which they have damaged your car. They are unwilling to re-imburse you for any of the faulty work that they have performed on your car as well. The repair work I have had done was by 2x different mechanics one being a dealership so someone (being Techniquest) has to be wrong.

Car repair without worry. Great service. Commitment to getting it right the first time. I'm never afraid they aren't telling me the whole story. They keep me informed as to status and cost and clearly lay out my options in language I can understand.

Best in Cary!. I have used Techniquest for over 10 years with cars ranging from a new Honda Accord to a 1966 Classic Mustang. They have always treated me right. There can't be anyone any better in the Triangle!
