Cary Collision in Cary, NC. This is the 2nd time I've used Cary Collision and have been extremely pleased both times. They were very professional, courteous and accomodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Above and Beyond!. Cary Collision Center met and exceeded my expectations when I brought in my car with a crunched driver's side door. I was impressed by their customer service and courtesy, and I intend to refer friends and associates there whenever I have the opportunity!

Poor customer service and workmanship.
They replaced my front bumper on my car 9/06. They gave lifetime guarantee and this month the paint started flaking off.
I took the car in and they agreed to fix it. The day before they were suppose to fix it they called and said they needed my paper work because they lost theirs. Not only were they were unwilling to work with me until I found my paper work, they treated me as it I was trying to steal from them. Note I would not be there if it was done correctly the first time. They contacted the owner and he was useless. I did find my paper work and they started the work.
This job was also done poorly. I can see the bumper where they sanded though the paint near the wheel.
Spoke to the owner Scott Phillips and he walked away before resolving this issue.
