Mystic Tan problems. On two seperate occasions, I did the Mystic Tan and got no results. The staff informed me that the "formula" must have been low in the machine (which worries me about the upkeep of their eqipment). The staff members, all very young, were not very helpful in rectifying the situation. There are too many great competitors in the area to give a problem salon like this repeat business.

I know of better. The beds are great, but the business lacks consistency. I have had at least 4 or 5 times been there when I had a scheduled appointment that was made at the location and the management not having this down and therefore, I could not tan. Hours are not consistant as well. There are better places to go.
