Poor Customer Service. I went to Skin Sense for a peel and took my friend along as a treat for her. The procedure itself went just fine. I had had several peels before at other places but this one was supposed to be THE BOMB. So I was willing to pay $125. However, four days after the peel... nothing was happening... no dry skin, no peel...nothing. I called them back.. they said to wait 10 days and call back... nothing happened. Called back was hoping to get another peel or at least a discount on a different procedure but no such luck. I will not return. The very least they could have done was to offer a discount on another procedure...

Facial & Eye Treatment. After a wonderful facial and eye treatment, I spent a bit in the lounge and enjoyed a hot cup of tea. This was a perfect way to spend the morning.

Make appointment with MK she is the best. This is my third facial with MK, and she is absolutely fabulous. She recommends treatments and products that she thinks will improve my skin, and so far she has been dead on target. My skin is glowing. I have already scheduled my next appointment with her.

Great Atmosphere. I have been a client of Skin Sense, A Day Spa for a few months already I come here about 2 to maybe 4 times a month. I love the atmosphere this place has and all of the amenities they have available for you. I get everything done here from massage to waxing and I like the work they do here.

Fantastic Day of Pampering. My husband gave me a Valentine's present of a day at the spa. He purchased the Valentine package where roses were supposed to be delivered; however, their florist would not deliver to Goldsboro. BUT when I arrived at the spa--they were there for me to enjoy. The entire staff was so nice and truly trying to make my day a pampering a great day. Tom gave me the Head to Toe package and ended with a manicure and pedicure. I even had a delicious lunch at the spa while looking and smelling my roses. What an awesome day!!!! Thanks a million!!!! Guys if you don't know what to give your special lady in your life--this is a great gift--you won't go wrong.

Best experience ever!. I've tried so many different spas around town and am usually disappointed with the treatment. Usually I feel as if I am not getting my moneys worth. Let me tell you I did not feel this way with Skin Sense! They do so many different treatments during the facial and include some massage - it is awesome! Your face is glowing when you leave! I have Elisa do my facials and she rocks! She gives great advice on products too - I have definately noticed a difference in my skin and its only been a couple weeks. I highly recommend this place and Elisa - you won't be disappointed!

over priced. I recently had a facial done in north raleigh. The girl who did the treatment was very nice. But i'm not sure she had all the tools she needed to do the job. Isn't that a priority when you offer these services?.. I think something in the mask had a bad reaction to my skin because my skin is still blotchy and it's been 2 days. I'm so mad at myself for paying that much money to now be afraid to be seen in publc.
