tammi (the one who spells it with an i) is amazing! she did my mom's hair, which was difficult to process, tone and style and she dies it phenomenally well. i know some mitchell's are hit or miss but tammi is a superstar when it comes to hair. she is also caring, fun and extremely attentive and we highly recommend her!

The worst retail experience. My young daughter wanted a hair cut so I called the Wellington park location at 6:05pm May 19th. I inquired about prices and availability and was told that a particular stylist was available. We agreed that I would be right over and it would take me less than 10 minutes. We arrived 7 minutes later. In that time the spot was given away. My 11 year old was very sad. The explanation was that one person with a later appointment came earlier and another person walked in. In other words... you and your daughter can go elsewhere, we don't need your business and don't want to live up to our commitments. I called the Regis corporate customer service line and the lady I spoke to sounded sincere in her apology and indicated that she would have a regional manager give me a call. I am still waiting. I also let her know that if I did not hear from someone by close of business last Friday that I would write this note.

Mediocre. I was optimistic about getting a cut and highlights, but the results were very disappointing. The stylist did seem to put a lot of time and effort into the job, but the end color wasn't optimal for skin tone, and the cut was quite bland and ordinary. I definitely won't be going back to Mitchell's.
