Fantastic Customer Service and Great Attention to Detail. My future husband and I decided to "go green" and use a ring he had made previously as his wedding band. It was well-worn in and needed polishing. I wanted to personalize it with engraving. I went to J.M. Edwards which is right around the corner from us and was expecting to hear the usual "we will call you in a few days when it is done". The ring was checked over for loose stones, polished and engraved immediately. It looked brand new. The whole service cost next to nothing. I was out the door in about 30 minutes! Great local merchant. I am going back for other jewelry related needs!

Best Prices I could find, and Amazing Quality. Great store! After price shopping for a diamond and mounting all around Cary and Raleigh. I found JM Edwards. Their staff were very helpful, and the price they gave me was much better than any of the quotes I received from Bailey's, Finks, or Diamonds Direct. I was just thrilled with the value I got. I will continue to go here for all my jewelry needs.

Great experience overall. My fiance and I wanted to have some work done on my engagement ring, which is a family heirloom. We decided to try JM Edwards, without having any real basis of comparison. Instead of feeling completely "out of our element" in an expensive jewelry store, we found that the staff was nice, helpful, and not at all pushy or presumptuous. The price was reasonable, the turn-around time was great -- I even got to pick up my ring a week before it was supposed to be ready! -- and we were so pleased with the finished product. We will definitely go back there again in the future and would totally recommend JM Edwards to anyone looking to have good-quality work done on their jewelry.
