worst experience ever. The service was very very poor. I went there one Sunday morning at 8:50am and placed a takeout order. First, the hostess did not know the menu well enough to give me any suggestions. I paid for it immediately and waited for about 20 min. (for an early morning when the business was not busy AT ALL) while there were 4 women (one of them looked like a supervisor) at the front desk were chatting and talking. At last, I had to ask the supervispr-look woman about my order. She lied to me when she came back from the kitchen and said with a fake smile "the food was just coming out". Give me a break! The bacon was soggy and cold. As I was leaving, pissed, I can hear her interogating the hostess if I paid for it or not! Not recommended at all to anybody!

Poor Service. The breakfasts are good but the service is poor. My husband and I asked to sit at a window table. At the time, there were only about 4 people in the restaurant and all but one of the many window tables were open (this was shortly before 9am on a Saturday). We were told by the female maitre D that we would have to take an interior table since the waitress for the interior tables needed another table to serve! The maitre D said "sorry, you must sit at this table because we must be fair to our waitresses." After we were seated, the next 3 customers got window tables. Really ridiculous!

Great Food, Poor Service. I generally love this place - however visited with a group of 10 while the family was visiting during the holidays. We did have reservations (that went smoothly). The service was horrible. Nothing arrived together. Things were brought out wrong (or forgotten entirely). Although there was AMPLE room to move around and about our table, the waitress stood at one end and shouted to the far end of the table for people's orders and also passed each entree' down, without her simply walking to the end of the table. The food was great and the place is nice - that individual just didn't need to be serving people.

Great food. I have attended both a baby shower and a bridesmaid luncheon there and the food and service was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.
