Poor Service at this establishment. We have been coming to this place for about three years. It's too bad, but it has progressively gotten worse each time we frequent there. Our last experience recently takes the cake though when the waitress put the bill on the table and said thank you, good bye and then the same thing ten minutes later. Her tone was like you people haven't left yet? We were appauled. The place wasn't busy and we had to constantly clear our own plates in order to go up and get some more food. Don't waste you money here. Plenty of other nice places to go to in Cary...

This is a Dump. We had a similar experience there about 3 years ago. I found a piece of glass in my food. I called the waitress over to see what I had found, actually I had to remove it from my mouth. She said, "I get owner", the owner came over to see the piece of glass that I had bitten into. Amazingly, she said to me, "You 10% discount!" At that point my wife, who is in the Insurance Business, said to her, have you ever heard of "Product Liability"? She had no idea what my wife was talking about. I told the owner that we were leaving and that we were not paying for either meal. The owner was not happy with that comment and still insisted that we pay. She actually said, "You pay, You pay". I thought that the staff was going to attempt to physically keep us there. We walked out and have never been back. I had to give a rating of one star because no star is not a choice.

You may want to think twice about dining here!!!!. A co-worker and I went to Main Garden for lunch today and had an experience that will keep me out of there forever. We both had buffet, I went through the regular service line and my co-worker went through the per order Mongolian grill. As we were eating I noticed something in my lo mein noodles and needless to say it was roach. I showed my waitress she immediately took my plate to the front desk which transported my plate to the kitchen. A few minutes later I put at ease when my waitress said it was okay because the kitched stated it was not a roach but some other kind of bug. I was obviously done with my lunch and my co-worker was through after 2 bites of his. As we were leaving the waitress told the manager at the register my meal was free but my co-worker (even though having only 2 bites) was not. That in itself was a bit disturbing, however, the kicker was when the manager pointed her finger at me in front of all people at the checkout line and said I still owed her $1.34 for my sweet tea. From there she proceeded to toss the accusation that the roach must have been brought from somewhere else because they have no bugs at their restaurant. That is my two cents for this experience and I hope this review is taken into consideration before anybody chooses to dine there in the future.

Do not eat here. i went into the restaurant on 10/16/09 for lunch with family and had the worse service i have ever had midway thru my meal the waitress' sit down at a table near me to snap peas and then they start sweeping the floor at my table alot and then there is one waitress who is cleaning the highchairs in the dining area with a big bucket which looks like it has water and bleach inside it then right in the middle of me eating my lunch the waitress brings me the check and says "you pay now " as if demanding me to pay while im still in the middle of eating i highly highly recommened not going there ever

Good food - Cheap Eats. I have two young boys and taking them to Main Garden allows them to eat (or not eat) what they want. The food on the buffet is fine and the Mongolian BBQ adds a nice hot alternative. We go there regularly and find the service to be pleasant. I recommend this place for good family eats on a budget.
