Incredible Value. Had lunch there yesterday. Great food and service and HUGE portions. Everyone at the table loved their food, and I like their salsa more than any other Mexican restaurant's.

Really aweful food. This can't be considered authentic Mexican food. Every dish seems to have the same thick coating of cheese and sauce. The tables are sticky and the wait staff acts like they are doing you a favor by refilling your drink. I noticed one server cleaned some tables with a dirty rag, emptied some trash then delivered some food to another table all without washing his hands. EWWW Bon Appetit! Not for me

Good food, lackadaisical service. The waiter was very abrupt. He did not introduce himself. He did not smile. Nor did he take the time to make us feel welcome. It was fairly uncomfortable. But, we allowed ourselves to look past that. Otherwise, their food was good. They provide complimentary chips and salsa as well. Their lunch menu is priced fairly attractively. You get a lot of lunch for your money. If you're looking for good food and put less value on polite and genuine service, then this is the place for you.

Keep up the good work!. My wife and I enjoyed the mariachi band , especially the one dollar margaritas! you guys are the best! keep up the good work! The service was nice as can be, it almost made me feel as if i was in Cancun, the owner welcomed us into their house , since we were first timers from California. He treated us with loyalty and respect. We liked the fact that kids eat free! Our children enjoyed the food and are oldest child had their birthday there with all its friend, we had a great time and we decided to make Toreros our mexican resturaunt.

Owners Own Son Is Rude To Customers!!. My wife and I recently visited this restaurant on October 16th, 2008, and believe me, we will NEVER return.

I couldn't believe the bad service we received. The person that greeted us was extremely rude to my wife from the very beginning. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but it was highly unnecessary!

Come to find out, it was the owners son!!! How can the owners son be rude to the customer?

In business, the best advertisement is word of mouth. Believe me when I state that Toreros Mexican Restaurant in Cary, NC located off of Kildare Farm Rd will get the worst advertisement ever!

Stay away from this restaurant. If the owners son is giving bad service, I can only imagine what everyone else will give.

Mexicanos no requeridos o deseados.. If you are mexican or hispanic please dont go to this restaurant..why? its funny but..if you are mexican they treat you like a bag of garbage...they talk in a nasty tone of voice, they dont even ask if the mexicano customer is ok, and also be very careful if you spend only $5 euros they charge you for $10 dollars. as if you dont have any money to pay the bill...but when they seee a BOLILLO OR Gringito...god has arrived on earth...I was there once and a white lady arrived the waitress told her " bienvenida amiga" for the non-spanish speakers " welcome my friend" and the lady told the waitress " NO amiga, customers, keep your distance..." THe waitress wants to clean the white customer's arse...MExicanos y Mexicanas, go to fiesta mexicana if you want to be treated like a bolillo....that restaurant is truly color blind.

Great Mexican Cuisine in Cary. I went here for my birthday with my family, which includes my husband and our two-year-old daughter. This is a very family-friendly place. There were at least four other families with young children in the restaurant when we were there. We went on a Saturday evening, and it was fairly full but not crowded. The restaurant is in a strip mall on Kildaire Farm Road. From the outside, it looks like a "joint," but inside, the ambiance is better than your average Mexican place. It's clean and there's a sports bar attached, so they have sports playing on a huge plasma TV on the wall. I didn't care about that, but if your hubby is giving you a hard time about going out for dinner, that is a good persuasion tool. The salsa here was delicious. In most Mexican places, the salsa is like tomato sauce--fairly bland and tasteless. This salsa was spiced perfectly and it wasn't too thick or overwhelmingly hot. The food, in general, was awesome. They have a large children's menu, which includes both Mexican options and traditional American items. The best part is that the prices were surprisingly low. For my husband, my daughter, and me, it was $35, including tip. I got a margarita, which was HUGE, for only $6. And unlike many places, they actually put rum in it. Also, my husband is a vegetarian, and there was a whole page of items for just vegetarians. He really enjoyed his meal, and he's not a big fan of Mexican food. Overall, this was a great dining experience. We will definitely go back.

Food is good. Customer service is slow and unfriendly unless you are Mexican.. Although my family was seated before two other groups (which were Mexican), Server waited on those tables choosing to ignore us. When we complained to the Manager, he just said Sarcastically "too bad." We haven't been back.
