Best in Town. Never can say enough about this place! Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Great Food, Very friendly staff and value-priced...what more could you ask for? (free gas? ...well, just order the re-fried beans, ) Really wish we had more choices like this!

So-so. We went to the one in Morrisville. I had the Guava margarita, wife had the normal one. Mine was definitely not guava, tasted very odd. Hers was just okay. I had the ranchero enchilada, it was okay, but the rice was pretty boring, and no refried beans. The service was very quick although the server talked so fast he should be on a used-car ad. Overall we may go back once or twice. There wasn't much on the menu that really looked appealing.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I've EVER been to!!!. I love Los Tres Magueyes!! They have the best mexican food around and trust me, I have been to a lot of different mexican restaurants. My husband is hispanic and loves their authentic mexican food (obviously not the food on the comination menu!) and the waitstaff is always friendly!! I have been coming here for a little over 7 years now and they never disappoint! I believe they are now a non smoking restaurant because I haven't had issues with their smoking section the past several times I've been. As for the person who said that the prices were expensive - yeah, everyone's prices are going up but they are in line with all of the other mexican restaurants around. Los Tres Magueyes is a chain restuarant but this location is by far their best!!!!!

Great food, cheap beer, fast service. We try to go to this place once every few weeks or whenever we're in the mood for Mexican. We used to take the trek up to Dos Taquitos, but Los Tres is so much closer and just as good.

Title says it all!!!! Great food, cheap beer, and fast service. What more could you ask for?

Good, Quick and Cheap. Went on a weekday for lunch, and was seated immediately in an over-sized booth. We ordered enchiladas and tacos, which arrived at our table within 5 minutes. Not the best Mexican I have ever had, but it was definitely good. We ordered the "guacamole salad" and got a plate with partly frozen shredded iceberg lettuce and an ice cream scoop of guacamole in the middle. The smoking section is poorly contained and the entire restaurant smells like smoke (this doesn't bother me, but it does bother my girlfriend). Despite these things, my enchiladas were good, and I will be going back unless i find a better Mexican place in Cary.

Best mexican!. My friends and I eat here for lunch at least twice a week! The service is fast and the food is always yummy!!! Love the salsa!!! The waitstaff is great! Best mexican!

Delicioso!. This is the best Mexican restaurant in Cary by far. Not only is everything hot and fresh, but they consistently maintain a HIGH sanitation grade (unlike others in the area). I have never had a bad meal there yet and I have been going for 3+ years now. It's worth it!

Tried the rest, this is the best! Wow!. My wife and I have gone to Tres Magueyes for more than 8 years and have seen it through its transitions (typically all for the better). Food is high quality, waitstaff is like family, prices are fair. We continue to try others around the triangle but haven't found any as good - tried the rest, this is the best!

Best of All. My first visit to Los Tres Magueyes was within weeks of its opening, about 13 years ago. My friend and I eat there 3-4 times per week. The staff knows us and this creates a friendly atmosphere to compliment the excellent food. My son enjoys dining there as much as me and he will eat there as often as he can somehow talk me into going. I have watched as the owners have improved the restaurant, using profits to reinvest into their business. I have watched as they have opened additional restaurants. The food is great, and the owners seem to have a keen understanding of business. My rating is A++!!

Things change. This used to be our favorite mexican place on Earth. Unfortunately, they have recently (as of 7/20/03) redone their menu. They raised the prices, dramatically cut the size of their portions, and have new rude wait staff. Its time to find a new favorite because money has ruined this once great edifice of mexican food.
