Very Pleased. After living two years in the area, and then suddenly having cravings for real Korean food, I made it a point to check out the one Korean restaurant in the area. Having tried Korean food in DC, New York, and LA, I was skeptical at first, but definitely very pleased with what we received at Korean Garden. I had the duk mandoo guk (dumplings and rice ovalettes soup), and it was great. My husband had the Jam Pong and liked it too. The service was no-nonsense, friendly and efficient. The ambience was a bit dull, but we cared more about the quality of the food! We almost missed the restaurant, for the photo on this site was misleading. If it weren't for having the actual street address, we may have been searching for a while!
Good korean restaurant. Although their meat quality has dropped, the taste of their food is definitely one of the best in town(pretty much the only korean restaurant in town). The wait staff are pretty friendly, and parking situation is not bad. Give this place a try.. you probably won't regret it.
Good Choice. This place is consistently more and more packed with people everytime I go back. That's good! This place has good Korean food, the best I've found since moving to the area. The jap chee? (seafood soup) is a favorite. Bi Bim Bop is another good choice. I took guests there and they had entrees from the Chinese food menu, didn't much care for it...but it is a Korean restaurant. I would stick with the Korean menu selections. Friendly staff, but tend to become overwhelmed with big crowds and services slows a bit. But its worth the wait anyway!
Wonderful service!. The food is awesome and the service is very friendly. The prices are very affordable. The staff never forget a face.
Best Chinese & Korean in town.
The dumplings are the best anywhere.
Try the spicy seafood noodle soup if you like spicy food, you will love this soup.
The food is outstanding.
Worth It. I think anyone who tries this restauraunt will love it. Try the spicy seafood noodle soup. It is listed as a favorite on the menu. All the picked item you get with your meal are delicious as well. The service is okay but the food more than makes up for it and is also the main reason why I would go out to eat. If you want to be waited on hand and foot go to another restaurant. What's important here is FOOD and it's the best! Oh, try the dumplings too.MMM
