Poor Communication. Given that I have not yet received my purchase (made 12/18/2011) I don't know the full extent of their service or product. The purchased items were to be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. I called on 2/6 having heard nothing from the company in the intervening time. The response was oh yeah we should have noticed that order. They don't make that fabric any more. Looks like it will come in the first week of March. Sorry we should have noticed that I guess. That was the sum total of the conversation. I am not even sure what color my purchases will be now.
Best customer service!. I bought a leaher recliner at Cooper's, sales staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I brought the recliner home and realized the color was too dark. Called the next morning and was told I could bring it back, no problem, I had written a check to receive an additional discount so he just returned my check. Coopers may be a little more expensive but the excellent customer service and friendly competent staff including the warehouse workers make it worth it. Would definitley recommend!
