Unstable Owner - Don't Purchase!
by ruffd
Tried to purchase a Toyota Camry but was unsuccessful. Owner was having a yelling match with a customer who purchased a car and was having transmission problems. She left and as we entered the office he made a nasty comment about her to us. We asked him to please keep his comments to himself and he literally went crazy. Started screaming at us (my daughter was with us) refused to sell us a car and threw us out of his office. We had never experienced such poor unprofessional behavior. On our way out he called me a B____. I would never refer a friend or foe to him. I suggest he take down the Christian symbof of the fish from his office door and seek professional help. The only reason I gave him one star is because it is required to post a review.
- Cons: He is mentally unstable.
Cary Motor Co sold me a great minivan

I bought a 2001 Toyota Sienna with 96,000 mi, in Sept 2008. The only trouble I had from Timo was getting the title. There was some problem with the former owner, and it took several months, but it finally came through. Also, the automatic side door malfunctioned, and when I took it back, Timo showed me a switch to turn off the power door. That's fine with me, because I feel safer opening and closing it manually, and that would not be included in his warranty. Also, his warranty does not include 2 free tuneups or oil changes, it is for 2 free "service checks" which is just to see if your fluids need refilling or if your tires are still good. I've put 20,000 miles on it with no other problems (for 1.5 years) until recently ... the tires had worn unevenly, and my mechanic said it must not have had a proper alignment when I had bought it. So I got it aligned and bought new tires, but hey, I get 23 miles to the gallon and it is the best car I've ever had.
- Pros: good vehicle
