Worst Dealer ever. Won;t honor prices of USAA. I went to purchase a car from them with guarenteed USAA pricing and they did not honor the price. Stay far far away. They find things to add onto the price. I have purchase 2 cars from them in the past but will never go back. They have the worst sales team that can't remember what they offered to do a week before. The sales managers and internet sales team are all crooks

Worst Customer Relations Ever. Sales people are weak at best. They did not listen to what I was interested in. Kept trying to push me off on to a car that I already told them I was not interested in, When we finally settled on a car the negotiations were brutal. Get your pen and calculator out and have them explain line by line just what they are charging you for. Plenty of unexplained and unasked for add-ons to the price justified with "well I got you to your monthly payment, what's wrong?" What's wrong you ask? How about ethics and a touch of honesty. This type of behavior is exactly what gives car dealerships their sleazy reputation.

Do not go to this dealer. The staff have some superficial knowledge of Dodge cars, but try their best to get the most cash on a sale and are very difficult to get in touch with. I think I filled our representatives voicemail, and never heard back. The bottom line is they just don't care. They need a crash course in customer service - just work in a restaurant for a while. The customer always comes first. For Dodge Hendrick, their personal paychecks always come first.
