OK SO THE FIRST DAY I WENT WAS A LITTLE ROCKY BUT THEY TOPPED OFF MY EXPEDITION WITH GAS. THEY KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME AND FOUND THE VAN ME AND MY FAMILY WERE LOOKING FOR. PLUS THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IVE BEEN CAR SHOPPING WITH OVER 25 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS AND HENDRICK CHEVROLET IN CARY NC MET MY NEEDS AND KEPT A SMILE ON THERE FACE. (I HAD MY 3 KIDS WITH ME SCREAMING AND ALL) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO LOOK FOR A VEHICLE HERE
My car purchase came with an oil change package, and I've been happy with the service I'm given. The fact I'm a freebie doesn't matter...they treat me right. I've had them do other paid things like change the fuel injectors and windshield wipers and my vehicle inspection to renew my plates, and it's been good. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area with free wifi that I always use, but I know they also have a ride service. I was also happy when I bought my car there...I never felt pressured and got the best trade in anyone offered.
Best Sale & Service Dealer For Chevrolet !. I recently went to service my Chevy Camaro at Hendrick Chevrolet. The dealership’s customer service was excellent. In fact, I couldn’t have imagined after sales service can be so fantastic if I hadn’t have visited this dealership. I had a pleasant experience working with service agent Dan Irwin. He gave attention to every minute detail to make me comfortable. I enjoyed some hot freshly brewed coffee and sandwiches in the waiting lounge while my car was made ready. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone and would certain do business in future.
Go anywhere else!. Have you always secretly longed to live in a dictatorship? Unable to make choices? Maybe you enjoy being controlled and lied to? This place is for you! But, if you are like me, you're be better off going elsewhere. I asked for a fuel efficient car and was pressured to look at SUV's, which I did not want. I had to tell them I was an environmental activist after the third attempt to sway me, so I'd actually have a chance to find what I was actually looking for, a small compact car that got 28-35mpg, in a lovely color. Then I was shown a car, (beige, yuck!) test drove and was assured that it was in our budget, BUT they refused to tell me how much the car actually was! Our budget was small. We were assured on the phone that cars in that limit were plentiful and in colors we wanted. Neither turned out to be true. I got fed up and only after threats to leave was I allowed to actually look at what was available in the lot, something they really don't want you to do. God forbid you should find something you actually want to buy! All the time we were shadowed by a car agent, very claustrophobic. Is this shopping or prison? I'm amazed he didn't follow me to the bathroom! I found a car I liked in 13,000 that I was told was out of budget. After giving up browsing the lot. They had two more choices for us. Choice one happened to have a sticker price of around 13,000. Thank goodness some of the cars bore price stickers! An evasive politican type answer was given for why I could afford the ugly 13,000 dollar car and not the pretty one for about the same price that I actually liked. Absolutely miserable! They are dishonest at best and listening to what you want is not their strong suit. This is a long term investment, and one deserves to pick out something they are happy to pay for each month, as likely you will be paying for quite sometime. To be pressured into something you don't want is borerline abusive, to feel imprisoned while doing so is even worse!
